Returns & Exchanges

Our small company's aim is closely connected with conscious buying. 

We kindly believe our clients, before making their purchase, seriously evaluate the need of the item, carefully analyze its sizing and do make a mindful buy. 

Linneri doesn't make or keep items in stock. 99% of them are made specially for you. Handmade. Made-to-order. This allows us to have minimum waste, to think about our planet health, sustainable consumption and to spend our time and efforts only for the orders that are necessary indeed and will be valued for a long time. Every order is special for us! 

For these reasons, our returns system is functioning as exchanges only.  

If you have accidentally ordered the wrong size item, or it didn't meet your expectations, we will exchange it to the other one.

What are the instructions for the exchange process?

  • e-mail us about your issue within 14 days after you received a package. Indicate what new item you would tike to exchange to.
  • after receiving our reply/confirmation for the return, repackage the item carefully and ship it back to us - within 5 business days. All the packages must be trackable (registered). Sending back costs are covered by the Client. 
  • ensure the returned item will be in its 100% original condition, no wearing signs, no odors, pet hair etc., with all the original tags and labels. 
  • address for shipping back and all other details will be indicated in our return confirmation email.
  • when the package is back to us and it is approved for the exchange, we will update you with the information on making new item. Normally it will be shipped to you within 7-10 business days. 
  • Unfortunately we will not be able to process the exchange for sale, customized or personalized items

Our mistakes:

There is a small chance, but this can happen. If you have received the wrong item  - size or color, please, contact us immediately. We will do our best to solve this problem asap.
